Black cumin oil refined

Cold pressed black cumin oil is a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids: myristic (0.5%), palmitic (13.7%), oleic (23.7%), linoleic (57.9%), linolenic (0.2%), arichidonic (1.3%). It contains more than 100 useful components, including calcium, iron, copper, zinc, phosphorus, vitamins A, D, E and group B. The fatty unsaturated acids contained in black cumin oil are able to reduce the level of glycemia (an indirect factor of obesity), prevent heart and vascular diseases, have a beneficial effect on the digestive and respiratory organs, have anti-inflammatory and antiallergic effects.
