4 whole trout
80 g Pepico Classic seasoning or Pepico Senf-Honig [mustard honey] seasoning
20 g butter
20 g sliced almonds
1 untreated lemon
Prepare
Wash the trout well, dry with paper towel and brush with Pepico Classic seasoning or Pepico Senf-Honig [mustard honey] seasoning inside and out.
Grill in a grilling tray on the barbecue over medium heat for approx. 6 minutes on each side.
Roast the almonds with butter in a frying pan until golden brown.
Serve the trout with almonds and lemon slices on the plate.
FOR A BALANCED MENU, WE RECOMMEND:
Potato salad and roasted vegetables. Instead of the whole trout, use 1-2 trout fillets per person.
