Caprese salad with nectarines and apricots

A fruity and light salad delight

- 20-30 cherry tomatoes,
- 4 pcs. apricots,
- 2 nectarines,
- 200-300 g mozzarella,
- basil to taste,
- 1-2 tbsp. olive oil,
- 1 tbsp. Italian salad mix,
- Napoli seasoning to taste

Wash and chop ingredients

Wash and chop the tomatoes, nectarines, peach and basil. Then place in a bowl together with the mozzarella.

Dressing

Mix olive oil, Italian salad mix with a little water, add Napoli seasoning, pour over the salad, and combine.
